U.TV Internet pings - spiking / timeouts

UTV have always been awesome!

I live in bettystown the tech support have always been friendly and quick to answer the phone.

I think your just a whinner looking at thousands of pings, when ofc pings get the lowest priority off all web traffic.

Btw I average 28-30 ping rate

Yeah their tech support are fine but people have the right to complain dont u think if something is up with our connections and when we get slower speeds and packet loss ?
anyways i rang and they said they would call back tomorrow
