Hi there! I heard that even on a lease contract, the tenant is allowed leave the apartment and have the safe deposit back if he decides to do so on the first month of the rent. Is this true? I mean, after moving in, if you find yourself in a place not as good as it was advertised, can you get your deposit back? BR
