Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

i have to send a few emails in work the emails go to the same people and the majority of the text is the same in every email. i only change a few numbers ie. dates, prices .......

i was researching hyperlinks today and i learned that u can add a subject to every email , that in its self will save me over half hour of work as i can't copy and paste as i have the larger body of text already to go for the ctrl +v

is there a way i can click on the email in excel as i use formulas to figure out the right number to put in the emails that it pops up the email window with the address and subject and a template text that i only need to edit the numbers

    hopefully you can help me

Inserting a 'mailto' hyperlink in the worksheet will work, but you'll still need to paste the numbers in...not sure if this is what you mean..

    Mailto

What it sounds like you're looking for is a mail merge.

You have a spreadsheet full of data and a standard email template. The mail merge is a software functionality that literally merges the two things - the data from the spreadsheet is inserted into the required places in the template and then it's sent out - the email appears unique to each recipient.

It's normally used for creating tonnes of printed documents, but MS Outlook will do email Mail Merges.
