Ask your local chemist, it's one of many topical gels which are used for teething or mouth ulclers like bongella, teetha, teegel or gumeze.

You can find them in US http://international.drugstore.com/search/search.asp?searchtype=1&trx=28198&trxp1=133235&ipp=20&srchtree=1&search=orajel
however I am not recomend them for young children as Benzocaine can make a health problem - something with blood.
However it is true it is really good with teething and all kind mouth pain.

I found Calgel excellent. Again not available in Ireland, but can be bought up the North or on online UK pharmacies.
It contains Lidocaine which is excellent for numbing the pain in the gums.
Its suitable for babies from 3+ months.

I used it myself when I was cutting a wisdom tooth & found it great :)
