    Saturday I pretty much stuck to the diet as planned, went out, had the one that's one too many 5 or 6 times, failed to absorb most of the kcals from the alcohol as a result...

    Sunday I was wankered til about 8pm. Hit pizza hut just before and tried to eat, got two slices of pizza in before I could handle no more. Had about half a pack of those Counters sweets (the middle of Minstrels) and that was about it.

    Meal 3 – Chicken wrap w/ bacon and cheese
    1 Americano
    Meal 4 – 1 scoop of whey, 30g oats
    3 Hydroxycut
    8 BCAA tabs
    Meal 5 – 2 scoops of whey, 30g vitargo
    Meal 6 – Chicken fillet, 1/2 cup of mash
    Meal 7 - 1 scoop of whey

    Total: 2,050kcals - 218g protein, 145g carbs, 60g fat

    SRSLY not arsed updating for the last two days...

    Wednesday's training's in my log, and I ate 2,200kcals - 200g protein, 180g carbs, 75g fat

    Thursday took the day off from training and ate 1,900kcals - 180g protein, 150g carbs, 63g fat

    Started taking 12,000mg of fish oils daily across 3 servings giving a combined 3,600mg of EPA and DHA. And 100ug of B12 across 2 servings. And 2,000mg vitamin C across 2 servings.

    The B12 and Hydroxycut combined are LETHAL. To the point where it's 1.15am again and I can't sleep. I took them at 7pm. Outrageous.

    do you know if its the caffeine and b12 interacting or another ingredient in the hydroxycut? Actually kind of interested in trying this combo for the lolz...

    I dunno.. I assume they're just having a great laugh. Probably on the phone right now with the fish oil and vitamin C trying to think of ways to fcuk up my sh!tting patterns too.

    I'm gonna get bloods etc done next week and super dose fish oil for 1 and 3 months and measure the differences.

    good call on the bloods that will be interesting to see what happens, unless of course you already have healthy numbers to begin with.

    eta; the half life of caffeine is five hours, and it doesn't clear your system fully for 10. I don't know if b vitamins extend that or not in some way. That's why I avoid coffee after 4pm, cause I value my sleep. just a heads up I guess.

    I'd expect to have a relatively decent result from the blood tests tbh. Was at the doc's 6 months ago and blood pressure etc was all perfect. I was heavier then too!!

    I've been taking Hydroxycut at the same time most days for the past 2 weeks. It's only with the addition of the B12 that I'm struggling to sleep, so I'mma keep blaming that!!

    No training... deload for the CFT in about 10 hours time.

    Diet - 2,200kcals in 230g protein, 90g carbs, 100g fat.

    Took 6 hydroxycut, 150ug of B12, 2000mg of vitamin C and 9g of fish oil during the day too.

    Saturday and Sunday were free days. Didn't count kcals, but I'd say I still came in under maintenance.

    Yeah I've sorta settled into a routine now. It's just bleurgh like!! Not really getting at me, just something that's there to be done...

    Not a chance I was doing any cardio. The lifting portion nearly killed me stone cold dead. Stupid low kcals.

    Not really tbh. I tend not to suffer too badly from them. Probably don't train hard enough!!

    I do feel the BCAA's are helping tho. Great shout!
