Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    The "forgiving Gibson for scoring" comment isn't as shallow as it may have seemed. I think Fergie has it in his mind to mould him into the next Lampard (whom SAF holds in the highest regard) and there's not a lot more to his game than scoring so Gibson has a chance at United as long as he keeps scoring.

    Scunthorpe are very good at finding wide players with a long ball. They are nearly spot on with their passing.

    This are the type of games Hernandez definitely needs to be playing in. He needs to learn how to handle the physicality and that's exactly what you get from the lower league teams.

    Disappointing halfs from Owen, Javier, but not getting the servic and Javier out wide isn't working. Gibson scored a good goal but apart from that nothing. Impressed with Smalling so far, looks quick and strong. Rafael running around like a mad man, trying to hard.

    I like to see Eikrem and Bebe brought on for the second half.

    I'd agree with this. Smalling possibly our best player. Rio hasn't looked great, Brown as ever can't make a pass. Kiko looked lost when he was wide left, better towards the end. I hope he stays on for the 90.

    Would like to see Eikrem in the second. Not too pushed to see bebe to be honest.

    Its very poor alright. I wonder is Mike Phelan going to give them the blast of the hairdryer :rolleyes:. We need to bring some pace on the wings, Gibson needs to put more of effort in as well in the midfield, he has being the most disappointing for me.

    Eikrem deserves a chance so hopefully we don't leave to long before we see changes. I'd only like to see Bebe because he has some blistering pace thats needed.
