Def Leppard Fans? Any of You Around for the Secret Gig Last Night

    Joe Elliot of Def Leppard has launched his own beer. Here he is trying to do his best Kurt Cobain impression, which really destroys all that stuff he used to say about 80's Rock bands having so much weight over 90's Grunge.

    According to Blabbermouth.net
    A more spectacular launch party will take place on September 21 at the Rock Garden at Porterhouse North (Crossguns Bridge, Glasnevin, Dublin), including a performance by Joe's DOWN N' OUTZ band. Doors are at 8:30 p.m. and a limited number of tickets are available to the public (£20 each, only available on the day, with proceeds going to the RSPCC).

    Monumental error, as every other report I've read, including the one on Def Leppard.com - says this happened in Covent Garden in London and that Joe was in Glasnevin, but on Sep 14th

    In any case, did anyone catch any of this, or have any photos

    Yeah that was incorrectly quoted by Blabbermouth. The Glasnevin night was purely press but the gig was in Porterhouse London on 21st. Was there, great night. Free beer, some of Def Leppard guys there, and loads of heads from Rock world. Great gig by The Down 'N' Outz. Beer is pretty good too.
