Just finished making tomorrows lunch for me and the boyf..

Masses of cocktail sticks with various combinations of: garlic and herb gouda, feta, St Andre ( a mild and very buttery creamy french cheese), german smoked ham, parma ham, cold streaky bacon, avocado, basil leaves, honeydew melon, gherkins, apple, red pepper, cucumber and tomato.

Easiest packed lunch in the world :)

  • Work lunch - starter of fried calamari, main of 2 lovely meaty German sausages, mashed potato and peas, chocolate mousse for dessert and a small fruit salad. I was starving before it so would have enjoyed anything, but it was delicious.

Today I am having homemade minestrone soup and a toasted ham snadwiche with tea. Lovely and warming in this cold weather. (soup as it happens is more like a stew type thing!) Very filling and quite nice actually.

Unfortunately the OH doesnt like it so I wont be making again.

    Fussy git!
