Hello,

Hoping somebody might be able to help me clear a few things up. I am currently studying English and Japanese at UL (first year), but hoping to transfer to Edinburgh next year, as I want to take Japanese as a major which I can't do in Ireland without studying French, which I don't particularly want to do. I currently receive a grant and maintenance allowance from Limerick City Council; could I still apply for this grant if I am studying in Scotland?
