Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Distorted sound

My desktop has recently developed a problem. The sound from the speakers (tweeters but not sub-woofer) is distorted. I have swopped to a different set of speakers and the problem is still there. Does this mean I have a "blown" sound card or is there any other possible problem?

It certainly would point to the sound card. Be sure that you just don't have the bass up too much though, as that can feck up the sound. I don't just mean the bass on the speakers' dials either. Windows configures its own bass setting in the advantage Sound settings from control panel.
