    I'm told it is blue in colour and was dragging its tethering line, there was a low cloud base over the Nags Head Tuesday afternoon and it popped out of the clouds and drifted across the east side of the hill , it looked like the line was snagging on hedges ( surprised it didn't snag a power line) and then disappeared in the clouds again. Might have gone up towards Bog O the Ring direction or perhaps it blew out to sea.
