You can call the Duty Free Customer Service Desk at T1: +971 2 575 7818 and T2: +971 2 505 3907 / 575 8362.

FYI - 20 fags is 6 AED, this works out at 60 AED for 200 which as just over €12.

came through dubai on a trip to Auz and got 1000 for 60 auz dollars. It was buy 4 x 200 and get one extra free

200 cigs is 66AED, which is about 11 euro. not bad at all, little over a euro a box.
I was there during the summer, I would advise stocking up before coming back to Ireland. Once you see how cheap they are out there, you feel robbed here!
