If I apply for BTEA allowance for a PLC, will I be entitled to apply for it again if I get accepted into third level as a mature student?

What I meant by third level is can I get BTEA if I go on to do a Level 7 or Level 8 course after a PLC.

Does anybody know the answer to this please?

My sister is on BTEA and as long as you keep moving up in education you will be granted it.
