Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If your using Mozilla Firefox check tools and downloads.

If it was downloaded with firefox, go Tools-> Downloads. Find the item in the list and go Open Containing folder.

Else, you can go back to the ccleaner download page, try downloading again. when prompted to save, you should see the path. make a note, cancel the download and go and search for your download in said path.

is it possible that the "crap cleaner" will not run under a guest account? try logging in as an admin if possible and look for it.

worst case scenario you could always download it again!

download something else and take note of where it is being downloaded to . CC should be there unless the original download was corrupt and did not finish or something

At the very bottom left hand side of your screen click on the pic of the Windows sign / START button .... which you see will depend on which version of Windows you're using. In the Start Search box type in CRAP. Don't hit return, just type the word and wait. That should bring up search results at the top of the list. If one looks like what you're looking for then click on that.
