Will the Nokia 6230i work in Canada

    Relative of mine going to Canada for 3 weeks - she has the Nokia 6230i phone.

    Will it work over there because its a dual band phone?

    The 6230i supports the European frequencies of 900/1800 plus the US/Canada frequency of 1900 MHz. It will work in Canada, but might have reception issues outside of big cities, as that is where the 850 MHz frequency is used which the phone does not support.
