Romantic Acoustic Instrumentals

I plan on recording a couple of songs for the girlfriend's birthday which is coming up in a few months and I'm wondering if people could give me a few suggestions for instrumental guitar songs. These can be covers or just originals.

I've got a few in mind already that I know she likes:

Mr. Bojangles , Chet Atkins
Grand Waltz in A, Tarrega Fransisco
Mi Cosa, Wed Montgomery
Imagine, Atkins again.
Mombasa, Tommy Emmanuel.

Anyone know any others in a similar vein? I think if I could fill the rest up with acoustic instrumentals of well known songs I'd be doing well. I'm looking at about 12 tracks in all. I've got about 4 months to get it done so I think it wouldn't be too much of a problem. I've got 3 of the above pretty much down already.

It gives me a chance to practice the guitar aswell!

Fleetwood Mac- Albatross might sound quite good on the olde Acoustic depending on your level of proficiency...it's such a laid back sound I think it might work quite well...

Can't believe I forgot about Cavatina! I learned that a while back but I'll have to dig it out again. Thanks for the adagio aswell, that's the kind of stuff i'm looking for. As much as I like Time in a Bottle I'd prefer to keep it instrumental as I can't sing for ****
