I've been wanting to start for a while now and have been looking around online. I'm living in Blanchardstown and from what I've read KO martialarts would be the closest, and also seems to be a good club. But the links to their website are gone so I assume its down. Another option i was looking at was Kokoro, if i had to i would travel there. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on getting started and KO martialarts as due to their being no website, I've found it hard to get much info regarding times and if i need to contact them before coming down?

Sorry if this has been discussed before but had a search there and couldnt really find the info

I think so. Ramanus does post here occasionally.

We have a good few lads training with us from blanch. Were in Ashbourne and were a beginner club. I would also recommend informed performance as they are around a long time and have a good reputation. Hope it works out for you and best of luck

    Thanks very much.

I think Ashbourne would be sorta out of my way, as i dont drive so would have to rely on public transport. Thanks all the same though

KO Martial Arts is dead, long live Informed Performance.

As stated we're not KO anymore. We're just down the road from where we were. A few of the lads come from Blanch/Clonee direction and there's a few car-pool type arrangements that go on so if you're lucky you might get to know someone who'll bring you. :)

We have beginner's MMA every Monday at 6.30pm and every Thursday at 7pm
