Bolton defending was absolutely shocking for the Nani goal, they just let him run wherever he wanted. Good finish mind, very Ronaldo-esque.

If Nani concentrates on the football aspect of his game he has the potential to be a fantastic player.

Defensively in the air, United are quite weak this season. I realise Davies and Elmander are both huge, but in any of the games where an aerial threat is present, United have been pretty poor at dealing with it.

Davies is not even 6 foot though. Elmander isn't bigger than Vidic or Evans either.

Evans was marking Znight for the goal. Knight is 6'6 though.

Evra was very poor for the goal.

It's been a messy game really. Lots of lose passing especially in the centre (come on Fletch) everything seems to break down in the final third.

But see, its a misconception that being good in the air is all about height. Positioning and timing have a lot more to do with it, strength as well.

You are right though, I was only talking in more a general sense. The back 4 are quite weak in the air.
