Did PP Refund Losing "added time" bets from the All Ireland Football Final??

    Mate of mine says he put money on there being over 2.5 mins of extra time in the Cork Down match and despite there being 2 minutes awarded, Paddy Power refunded the stakes?? Anyone know if this is true??
