Anyone ever used these? We are having serious problems with them! and they offer no response to any queries, emails, phonecalls etc. i just want to know if we are on our own.. we thought we were going with a reputable company but we were so wrong its frightening! :( We now have a solicitor on the case which is costing even…

i just want to know if we are on our own.. we thought we were going with a reputable company but we were so wrong its frightening!

We now have a solicitor on the case which is costing even more money! And he can barely get a response from them! :mad:
