6230i display gone

Hi, My old 6230i has had its display go and i need ot get the contacts off it.Does anyone have one and if so can they please guide me in terms of scroll , select to do either of the following. 1)Enable bluetooth or 2) copy phone to sim. or any other means of getting the contacts off the phone. Menu > 21 > Left Key (options) > Down, Down, Down, Down (copy) > Select > Select (From phone to SIM card) > Down (All) > Select

OR connect to pc suite via usb cable
