First of all, this shouldn't be in this forum, but it's the only one I can post in given the following situation...so mods, if you could move to help desk, I'd appreciate it and sorry for posting here:

When I tried to register an account, I got a 503 error. When I tried again, I was told that my chosen username and e-mail address were already in use. Neither is correct. I think they were entered when I tried to reg, but because there was an error, I never received my authentication e-mail.

If someone could sort this out for me, I'd me much obliged.
