Hi all Has anyone filled out a transfer of equity form with KBC when wanting to remove a name from the mortgage. Is it looked favourably on??

Sorry but your query is too vague to give a more precise answer. The only recommendation I can give is talk to KBC before you make a formal application to remove a name from the mortgage. Or, if the mortgage was originally placed through a broker, talk to the broker.

You need to outline the reason for the removal, obviously the 'leaving party' must be in agreement. You must also show that you satisfy the income criteria and repayment stress tests, to ensure you can get approval for the removal of the other party.
