Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I am running Vista Business 64 bit.

I have i7 processor and 6gb of RAM.

All of a sudden some programs take FOREVER to open,
CDBurnerXP - this worked ok before so it's not an issue with 64bit OS,
Gimp, Photoshop - they all take ages to load - if they do.

It seemed to start with CDBurnerXP, since removing it the other progs run ok, but when i re installed it , it doesn't run properly itself ie really slowly and just stops responding.

Is there some diagnostics I can run to see what's causing it ?

I'm gonna upgrade to windows 7 in a month or so, but would still like
    to fix this problem.

    thanks
