IP Conflict (I Think) on home network

I have a PC, 2 Laptops, Iphone and PS3 all running off my Belkin Play Wireless router. All was working perfectly until about 2 weeks ago when my laptop started dropping connection for a few seconds at a time. That resolved itself after a while and then my main PC started doing the same.

I got an error message once saying that i had an ip conflict - which I tried and failed to change on the main PC. Rang Belkin and they basically got me to turn everything on and off again and the problem persists today

Anyone got any advice how i might be able to diagnose and sort this?

Set all client devices to use DHCP (to automatically obtain their IP settings from the DHCP server).

Also make sure that there is only one DHCP server operating on the network. If you have several routers then they might each be giving out IP addresses.
