Rubber rings around cable to stop cable rub - where to buy?

I'm looking for some of the rubber rings which fit around the cable outer to stop it rubbing your frame at the headtube, rear mech side seatstay and top tube where cable outer runs to the back brake.

I ended up buying some funny cable gromets from CRC for the exposed inner cable under the top tube by mistake.

Any ideas?

SJS have donuts, but only in bulk it seems...

Less than a fiver on CRC. They've only started selling them in the last while... I ended up buying a load off ebay last year when I built my bike. Felt like a tool putting in an order for £2 worth of stuff, think the shipping was like a twice as much as the cost.
