Getting internal phone lines fixed

Do you know where to turn to get a professional to fix the internal phone lines in a house? I've moved into a rented house and there's a phone line to every room, none of which are used. They're making my broadband disconnect constantly and the line quality is useless. How do I go about fixing it?

Disconnect them all inside the master socket but leave them there to be reconnected.
