Waiting time for changeover from Jobseekers to casual worker

3 weeks ago I requested to change from receiving jobseekers to becoming a casual worker. Does anyone know how long this process takes? I am in Balbriggan social welfare office but Northcumberland are looking after this at the moment? Thanks in advance
