Simply Potatoes

My friend in America lives on simple potatoes and i fell in love with them over there (supposed to be great if you're on weight watchers). It's packeted fresh potatoes that go in the fridge, take no time to cook (prob already cooked not too sure), they come shredded for has browns etc. does anybody know anthing like them…
