Hi Everyone, Just wondering if anyone has any of Mrs. Daly's*St. David's Secondary School) receipes? I was in her home ec class years ago and am looking for her Snowed apple receipe and her Chocolate fudge cake receipe or any others you's may have! Thanks, Squeez

I also have her recipe for Gingerbread

and Richmond Cake (fruit cake)

The Apple Snow is on page 145 of 'Smart Cooking'; the text for Junior Cert and Transition year students.
