Sure it's on the PS2? Well in america it is. It might make it over though trying to capitalise on the JRPG vacuum in the initial release of the console.

A fan translation did appear though for one of them.

The problem with the Tales of series is that they are pumped out in japan at a rate of sometimes 1 every 6 months so Namco can't localise them in time and usually half of them are crap and half of them are great so we only get the good ones (although we also miss out on good ones every so often as well and a turd sneaks through).
