    Hi everyone.

    Ciaran here from Metalireland.com.

I'd like an explanation as to how Metalireland's logo came to be on this poster, and I'd like it immediately please. This gig has not been organised in cooperation with MI, has not been sponsored by MI and in fact none of the gig organisers has sent so much as an enquiring email to MI about including the MI name.

In short there is no association whatsoever between MI and this show, and I will be seeking to have the poster deleted today.

Could whoever organised this gig or poster contact me immediately through Metalireland.com.

    Thanks.
    Ciaran

Hi there... I will say it the last time now :
ALL LOGOS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE POSTER ARE PASTED IN JUST TO SAY THANKS FOR THE MEDIAL SUPPORT NOT ONLY TO 'MI'...
THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SPONSORING !
DO YOU RELY HAVE PROBLEM WITH THIS ?
...I THING IT WILL HELP 'MI' TOO TO BE MORE POPULAR !

No using an organisation's logo suggests they are sponsoring/supporting/endorsing the event. Which is CT has made very clear he has not done (or even been contacted). CT has spent 10 years building MI (along with the community) and you have no right to try and associate you, your gig or promotional organisation with his hard work.

Are you saying that you have not asked permission for the other logos on the flyer/poster?

How about sorry to Metal Ireland for using their logo without permission and without even the courtesy of notifying them of what you did?

Well that's your choice. I hope the gig was good anyway. I would have been there myself except I was away for the weekend.
