vodafone DSL down in Dundalk

    My eircom in drogheda was down just there for about 25 mins, could be for same reason as vodagrown is just resold eircom

    its all back up and running now anyway. when it went down it couldnt get a ip addy or dns server

    mine was down too, i called eircom 10 mins ago and they told me that they were doing upgrades!! with no notification........... feckers!!

    upgrades at this time the are liers !!!
    im in duleek and using UTV internet hasnt dropped all day
    maybe its just certain areas :confused::confused:

    yeah but doesent the DSL in Duleek work by smoke signals? :D

    its work on the eircom network that was going on.

    ha no it doesnt DSL seems to be great here always has been never goes down except for when wind knocked an eircom pole few months back:D:D
    they must have been working on the network so :p

    I got my Eircom NGB letter dated 15th Sept saying upgrade within next two months. I thought when it went down last night it might be the upgrade happening but it wasn't.

    Anyone in Dundalk on Eircom NGB yet?

    I'm with Vodafone and in Dundalk, didn't go down here.
