I have the advantage of facing in southerly direction so from late morning to sunset my apt gets the sun. Ceiling to floor windows = heat!

Of course in the summer the temp has on occasion reached 25C indoors! A bit too warm....

4 bed bungalow 45 euro each two months
At nighttime and when we leave the house we switch off all the power at the fuse board

How does the food in your fridge and freezer like that?

2 Bed apt, B1 BER Rating

Wow. I just had mine done and got E2 for a 2 bed, 8 year old apartment without gas or oil. I pay about 75 for 2 months during the summer and normally 150-200 per two months during the winter.

Just got my last ESB bill before I move to Airtricity.

€34.99 for a month, not bad at all. I've been making an effort tbh.
