Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    .. Next 10" Tablet
    • 10" WXGA LCD touchscreen display
    • Google android operating system
    • 8GB storage + cardreader
    • Arm 11 processor
    • WiFi, 2 x USB ports, microphone and headphone socket
    • Operates in portrait and landscape

Probably a cheapie tablet from China.. but odd to see Next selling them all the same.

    Looks good except for :
    1) the Resistive touch screen
    2) the 3 hour battery life (depending on usage) which probably means 1 1/2 hours battery life.
    3) It could probably do with a little more memory.
    4) Given that it is just Wifi it probably doesn't have access to all the google apps either

But it is a step in the right direction for the right price.

it's actually products like that that will probably push people to Apple. Cheap tablet like this with resistive touchscreens, and no proper market access are going to give a bad user experience to end users and will probably turn them from getting a future android device thinking that they would get the same sort of experience.
