    Hi this maybe the wrong place to ask, but is it possible to Jailbreak an iPhone 3GS with 4.1 (8b117) firmware?

    resn0wier is what ur looking for.only use this if you are already running on 4.1.its also only available on mac.

    Beware there is no unlock for this.

    Do not update if u depend on ultasn0w for an unlock.

    I think that's only for the 3G and iPod Touch 2G.

    OP you will have to wait until the SHAtter exploit is released, which should be quite soon. Read the first post in that blog Euphoriasean linked to, and check back at that site regularly if you need it urgently.
