Can you create a spring in Matlab?

I am just trying to make the suspension of a bus, so I want to create a spring that I can connect between the wheel and the bus and change its stiffness, do any body know is this possible and if so how I could go about doing it? thanks!

I'm going to go ahead an lock this, matlab + springs = homework as far as I can tell. Please read the forum charter, particularly the bit about how to ask questions, and try again.
