Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm trying to upload a photograph onto an online application form, but all I get is a blank with a small red x in the corner. Any ideas? No problem uploading a document onto the page.

I can attach photos to emails, I only have a problem when I've tried it with this application form.

Thanks for the reply. I usually don't upload photos to websites, so I can't compare.

Screenshot? Sorry, you're dealing with a bit of a technophobe here. I know it's not as easy as this, but I thought there may be a common reason for this problem or someone could suggest a possible solution?

Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard when you get the error, then open Paint and paste (CTRL+V). Save and upload that image and post it here. :)
