We are here two years and 1 months.
We havnt signed the lease for year three and dont want to.

If I find a better place and want to move, what notice have I to give?

Is it part 4 exit terms (approx 60 days) or 30 days notice?

The previous two leases we signed were not part 4 leases, we had to stay a year.

    Thanks.

If no lease in place it's a Part 4 - predicated on your period of occupation.

You're covered by a Part 4 tenancy, so you need to give the landlord 56 days' notice.
