needed fuel filters for a hyundai tuscon 2, lr tdi

Price, main dealer here, (county meath) 48 euro plus the vat. (won't name garage)

Price from mulholland motors also a main dealer, Randalstown in county Antrim, £17.50 sterling plus the vat.

Both genuine hyundai parts, (exactly same part no's)

    Not even funny, its scandalous!

if you go on partfinder.ie and post what you need they will come back to you with second hand parts very quick from dismantlers.

Everything is just so expensive anymore :o

    Thanks for that.
Will definitely keep it in mind for the future on other stuff (body stuff, lights etc). Wouldn't suit for filters though, thats like buying second hand toilet roll lol! :D:D:D

It has alot to do with the middle man (ie. Hyundai Ireland)

Hyundai UK buy in far more bulk due to more dealers and in turn can offer a lesser retail price.

Im in the same game and unfortunatly its just the way it is. Its not the dealers, its the HQ. :o

And dont fit a second hand fuel filter from a scrapyard
