    Hi all,
I use Dreamweaver and Wordpad alot for designing sites. Excluding Joomla! (as it can get messy in the backend) is there CMS software that is easier to integrate into html pages?

I'd love it if there was a programme where you could add some thing like an 'editable region' in to the page(s) that connects to other software for the WYSIWYG editor online in some admin backend (instead of offline like, yes, Dreamweaver). This would be the equivalent of Dreamweaver's 'editable region' feature, but does not require Dreamweaver.

    Am I making sense? :o

    Seanie.

Quick and easy option to bolt onto an existing site - check out Pagelime

All you do is give a div a class name of cms-editable and you basically log in and edit it as if your editing in ms word

    Hope this helps

Plus you can add new pages based on a template, which is very handy. That's a big plus over cushycms (unless they've added that since I last used them).

Only getting back to this thread now and digesting the suggestions given, been so busy lately.

Thanks guys, among those, CushyCMS looks the biz. What hooked me on that over Pagelime was the video tutorial, would you believe.
