cost of kitchen/diner?

    hi,

    We saving at mo to knock kitchen wall into dining room to become one large kitchen/diner... so here is what work has to be done...

    1. knock wall down and put in rsj.

    2. replace patio doors with french doors

    3. put in partition wall and put in small door beween sitting room and new kitchen diner.

    4. knock through wall and put in door between door kitchen and utility

    5. move partition wall back in utilty room (so utility is bigger)

    6. take out wood/tiles on kitchen/diner floor and fit new tiles

    7. put in large velux window

    8. remove old radiator and move to side wall..

    I think that covers it......
    if anyone can give a vague quote or has done something similar I'd be much obliged..

    It would include the builder supplying doors/ rads/ velux etc.
    it does not include kitchen refit..
