Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hi there, i injured myself playing gaelic about ten years ago, at the time i thought notting of it but ever since then i have had problems with my left shoulder. The injury usualy occurs when swimming. its a sharp pain on the front of my shoulder and results in a numbness all down my arm, i also have very limited movement after words and there is a lot of grinding and clicking. I have attended physio and receaved dry needling which helped alot but the impigment still occurs. my gp prescribed anti inflamotory tablets which help also but none of these stoped the impigment from re-occuring. i have an apointment in blanch public hospital in april but was hoping to get info from maybe someone who has had the same problem and what they did to help cure it and if u had private surgery could u let me know the cost and recovery time, cheers kev
