    Hi Folks,

    I am buying a house in Cavan and I need a good solicitor. Can anyone advise.

    1. How to find a reliable one in Cavan.
    2. If I use a Dublin one does it affect the cost and result in delays.
    3. What is a reasonable leve lof fees.

    Any solicitor can do the job but a Dublin one may be more expensive.
    I used John Kelly in Cavan town for a civil matter years ago. Decent fella!
