Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey, I was there last Saturday - a nice exhibition to be sure, and an unexpected treat to come across on the one afternoon I've ever been in Rome.

Just finished reading Matthew (?) Fotheringham's book on Coppi. While the writing was a bit 'meh', Coppi's story is fascinating. The rivalry with Gino Bartali, the conditions they cycled in, the church, the marriage breakup, the bizarre circumstances of his death, his epic hair (!) are all really interesting. I would love to see that museum and pay a visit to the church of the Madonna di Ghasalo above Como (a long way away, I know).

    Thanks for posting this.

Funny .... I just finished the same book over the weekend! Great read and I kept thinking what a great movie Coppi's life would make! One of the first sports Superstars? Highly recommened!
