    Evening all,

    I'm curious to know if there's a site/FF plugin out there that can tell me how long a property has been on the rental market without a tennant?

    I find it pretty odd but many people are happy to leave their properties empty for months if not years. Obviously do not need the rent.

    But I assume your plan is to bargain the rent down. Not a bad idea. Let us know how it goes.

    Propertybee should also do what your looking for. I'm finding it very useful while look for somewhere to rent.
