Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

They can potentially avoid finishing last/automatic relegation.

Talking about relegation/promotion, Cobh have secured their place in the playoff against whoever finishes bottom of the First Division.

2-3 months into the close season probably.

Youths have 4 senior players suspended for the game against Limerick. Also we won't be drafting in the Under 18s as we usually do because they have an important match themselves at the weekend. It's not going to be pretty (then again, it never really is at Jackman Park)

Whats the deal with these random kickoff times, having Dublin teams playing each other at 1 and 3 is grand, but bringing us across the country at 2 on a saturday is madness!

Worth a punt. The following is from Mick Wallace from our website. Can't bet against the Youths personally though

This Thursday night not too much will be expected of the Youths when they travel to Limerick. Always a difficult place to play, this week promises to be even more difficult than usual. The much talked about turnover of players at the Wexford Youths raises its own challenges but added to that, this time round is the suspension of four of Friday’s first eleven – Anto Russell, Dean Broaders, Chris Kenny and Danny Furlong. If it wasn’t for the FAI Under 17 All Ireland first round game away to Shamrock Rovers in Tallaght this weekend, we could have given debuts to a few of them, but not to worry, we’ll find a few players to fit the bill.

    FT Bohemians 1 - 0 Shamrock Rovers
    68' Drogheda United 0 - 2 St. Patricks
    68' Sligo Rovers 0 - 1 Bray Wanderers

Good night for us so far, if Bray win Drogs relegated.

Sligo win it in injury time.

They have done that a lot this season.

What a finish in the Showgrounds tonight

Injury time penalty by Alan Keane to win 2 -1, now that was a pressure kick

Maybe we should mess with his head by cheering him instead.

Sustained abuse always seems to make him score.

Who is out? I can't remember anyone getting booked against Derry. Really hope the boys get a win. The results haven't shown it but the quality of football being played as of late has been great.

It might work, but I think the best way is to sign him and even then he'd find some way of scoring. Honestly worse than Caulfield, Morley, Byrne or Geoghegan and maybe even Liam Coyle ever were..

He was only on for five minutes in Tallaght ffs - just enough time to make it from the halfway line to the six yard box...

Big Saturday for the 1st Division, Mons and FORAS playing and ourselves making the international trip to Newderry, can see the bus up to there, everyone on their phones getting updates from Cork.

Danny, Anto, Hopper and Broaders are all out. It appears Mick is not concerned about this game and will field a few kids for their debut

Wouldn't be too sure about the young lads, seemedly the U-18s have a big game at the weekend as well.

Defender got the ball and caught brennan after I think. I imagine the ref thought Brennan was fouled.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Never touched him, Brennan went down quicker than a bangkok ho and Winters gave it.

Stupid decision, didnt expect to win but didnt expect to lose to that stupid bloody decision.

Think it was 16 for Bohs against Rovers. The slightly less **** team will win the league. Think Dundalk might do us a favour after the Fenn saga aswell.

Which leaves Galway away... Hadn't beaten Rovers, Pats or Galway this season till this week. This is where Fenlon does his job best. Gave the fans the chin up after he fiasco in Tallaght and has got us playing while MON is finding people to blame.
