    anyone know of a reputable estate agent/management company that could look after your house , they need to get & vet tenants,
    (get plumbers/electricians etc) if needed. a total management package

    im travelling for a year and need decent company to look after me house.
    dublin 15 area

    Hi,

    I used Core Lettings to manage an apartment in Dublin 2, I thought they were really good. I needed some new furniture and to have the old stuff taken away and they did all that for very reasonable money too. They said that they would send me quotes for plumbers etc., when I needed them, but I never did in the end, so can't really comment on how good that service is.

    Hope it helps, if they don't do Dublin 15, maybe they could recommend another firm.
