B&B/Guest House in Drogheda

Can anyone recommend a guest house in Drogheda, as near as possible to the hospital? My wife is due for a short stay there, and Id like a comfortable place to stay with my 2 kids, somewhere close. Thanks

This is a 5 min walk from the hospital, sorry I've no idea what it's like. Scholars is also a short walk away and in the town so might be a better option, b & b probably cheaper.
