what kind of month mortage replayments would i be paying to take out a 100,000 mortgage over a 20/25 year period?who is offering the best deals at the moment?

Most lending institutions have their own mortgage calculators on their websites. A good site though is mortgages.ie as they compare several lenders and even tell you what your repayments would be after interest relief if your a first time buyer.
